Imagine ballet slippers that already come in high heels…impossible? Well, not for Christian Louboutin. The shoe designer created one that is on tiptoe position, and also has the red sole as part of the charm! Of course it’s not made for a ballerina to actually wear it, since it might not feel comfortable at all. They are a collaboration to benefit the English National Ballet. But what if they were wearable? Do you think would be a good idea to replace the old slippers ?

Wearable Fashion
Sometimes couture fashion straight off the runway can be a little over the top for your day to day activities. Luckily, this fashion week there have been so many great trends that we can wear straight off the cat walk that it is hard to choose a favorite. Starting off the great trends this summer is the trench dress, a twist of the classic trench coat and sheath dress by DKNY. Another fun grab is a hip A-line shape coat in a bright, cheeky color by Michael Kors. If you want to finish off the summer strong with some of these great trends call Amanda today.
Hollywood Fever
Prada’s tile print dresses are a hot item for this summer. They’ve become “best friends” with Holywood stars, appearing in both the red carpet and everyday activities. It’s possible to get the dress a more sophisticated look by adding some amazing heels, as Lea Seydoux and Jennifer Aniston did, or just create a cool/ simple look by wearing a pair of flats, as Jennifer Gardner.

Duchess Kate
As everyone knows, the royals were in United States for a visit. The Duchess Kate, as usual, looked very elegant during the events. She opted for classic styles with neutral colors, and among her favorites were Jenny Packham and Alexander McQueen. I just love how she dresses, so simple but at the same time so stylish!
